James F. Bush President	Prior to establishing School Site Solutions, Inc. in 2003, Mr. Bush was the Assistant Director of the California Department of Education's School Facilities Planning Division and was responsible for supervising the staff that approved all K-12 school sites in the State and for all the written policies related to the school site approval process. In addition, Mr. Bush was an Assistant City Planner for the City of Roseville, Director of School Planning for Placer COE, School Planner for 14 school districts and a Sierra Community College District Trustee for 17 years. Mr. Bush has specialized in land use and zoning policy, development projects, the public hearing process, CEQA compliance, facility master planning, site acquisition, negotiations with developers for school developer fees and school sites, Board and community presentations and State funding. Currently, Mr. Bush serves on the distinguished C.A.S.H. Board of Directors.
C. John Dominguez Vice President	Prior to establishing School Site Solutions, Inc., Mr. Dominguez served as a Field Consultant for the California Department of Education, School Facilities Planning Division (SFPD). In this capacity, he assisted school districts throughout California in assessing site constraints and obtaining the approval of proposed school sites and for site certification for CDE plan approval. In addition, Mr. Dominguez administered the Qualified Zone Academy Bond (QZAB) program after its implementation for all of California. He also headed up the Joint Use program as part of his duties while at the SFPD. For seventeen years prior, Mr. Dominguez was an American Government teacher and Varsity Football coach at Del Oro High School in Loomis, California. Mr. Dominguez currently teaches a class on Facilities Planning at University of California, Riverside Extension Program and for the C.A.S.H. Academy.
Michelle Collins Planning Manager	Michelle Collins has 15 years of experience working for the California Department of Education (CDE) in planning for K-12 school facilities and education technology in the classroom. As a result, she has extensive knowledge about regulatory requirements for new school site acquisition and facilities, the State school facilities funding programs, school facilities master planning, current school technology trends, and educational reform initiatives. During the past five years Ms. Collins has served as Planning Manager for School Site Solutions, Inc. She currently specializes in the project management of CDE Site and Plans approvals, and the development of School District Facilities Master Plans, Educational Specifications, special studies, and grant applications.
Lesley Taylor, MPPA Project Manager CEQA Consultant	Lesley Taylor currently serves as lead CEQA consultant, a service she developed for School Site Solutions, Inc. in 2008. Her approach to addressing CEQA requirements is rooted in understanding the client's short-term needs and long-range plans while coordinating closely with local jurisdictions. Ms. Taylor also provides project management services for CDE site and plan approval, specializing in the DTSC site clearance process. Prior to joining School Site Solutions, Inc. in 2004, Ms. Taylor reviewed architectural drawings for Title 5 compliance in the CDE's School Facilities Planning Division. Ms. Taylor holds a B.A. in Government and Spanish and a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from CSU, Sacramento.
Emily Turney Office Manager	Emily Turney joined School Site Solutions, Inc. in 2006. In addition to serving as the Office Manager, she provides project support for site acquisition and approval. In this capacity, she has worked closely with the Department of Toxic Substances Control on Community Profiles for Removal Action-phase work and authored several successful Targeted Site Investigation (TSI) grant applications. Emily earned her B.A. in Psychology and Communications Studies from U.C. Davis.
Diane Davis Accounts Payable & Receivable	Diane Davis joined School Site Solutions, Inc. in 2005 and is responsible for all accounting aspects of the business.
