Project Coordination
Assist districts with existing school site facility issues. Coordinate district architects, contractors, environmental consultants and State agencies in addressing facility issues. Project management of exiting and proposed construction contracts. Assist with any new contractual agreements that may be required due to circumstances within the scope of each project. Provide general project assistance at the districts digression. Meet with local planning agencies, district staff and attend district board meetings when necessary.
